Welcome to an exclusive family home with modern design and stunning views. 4 bedrooms, loft living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Outside you will find a large natural garden, wood-fired hot tub (not a jacuzzi) and a fire pit. Only 20 min to Bergen – a unique combination of nature and luxury. It is a family home, and there will therefore be private items in drawers and cabinets. There will be food in the fridge, freezer and kitchen drawers. Travel bed available. Rented to families and quiet adults. The space Bedroom solution: Bedroom 1: Master with 180 cm bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with bathtub/shower Bedroom 2: 150 cm bed Bedroom 3: 120 cm bed Bedroom 4: 2 cots (70x140), can be changed to 2 single beds (90x200) if needed Attic room/bedroom 5: Sofa bed (150 cm) Travel bed for baby/small child is available upon request. 🏡 1st floor: entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, 2 bathrooms, laundry room 2nd floor: attic room, bedroom 3, bedroom 4 The number of dining chairs and table settings are arranged as needed. 🌿 Outdoor The large natural garden is something completely for itself – worked with paths, blueberry heather, play equipment and playhouse. The outdoor areas offer several zones for play, relaxation and social moments: -Terrace, lawn and gravel areas - Wood-fired hot tub - Fire pit Access to outdoor toilet. Short distance to the lake and swimming area Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, with the exception of two interior storage rooms and a garage. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. It is perfectly fine to both snuff and smoke, but smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas. Cigarette butts are to be thrown in the waste bin intended for cigarettes, and snuff bags are to be thrown in the regular waste bin. It is important to us with regard to animals, children and nature itself. We hope for your understanding. We also remind you that we do not wear shoes indoors.
