Meadow End Barn is a converted barn in Dorstone in the Golden Valley, close to the border town of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal for families, or for groups of friends to enjoy a rural retreat together. Meadow End is close to the Brecon Beacons for exploring and the River Wye for canoeing and a village pub just metres down the lane. The space This converted barn has a walled garden and parking for up to 6 cars in the courtyard. There is a huge sitting / dining room on the first floor with a woodburner and TV. Upstairs there is also a large very well equipped kitchen with electric Rangemaster cooker. There are 5 bathrooms. The ground floor has one twin, one double and there are two kingsize rooms with ensuite. Upstairs there is a twin which can be made into a Superking bedroom with ensuite and on the top floor accessed by a spiral staircase (so not suitable for young or infirm guests) is the 6th bedroom which can be made into a twin or superking. Guest access The whole house is available to rent. 6 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, 5 bathrooms and a huge sitting and dining room upstairs Other things to note The house in a small village and is unsuitable for noisy groups, hen and stag parties. There are elderly neighbours who like a quiet life
