Rokitnica 37 (House Between the Ponds) is a unique, restored 1930s farmhouse that combines historical charm with modern comfort. By renting our 240 m² house, you enjoy exclusive use of the entire property along with a vast, fenced plot (6,000 m²). The space Comfortable sleep for 15+ guests We provide hotel-quality rest—high-quality bedding, warm duvets, and a complete set of soft towels await you. Ground floor: Triple room (double bed + fold-out single bed) with a private bathroom. First floor – 3 independent apartments: 1. Family Apartment: Two rooms + mezzanine (for up to 6 people) with a private bathroom. 2. Two-room Apartment: Two rooms (each with 2 single beds) and a private bathroom. 3. Double Apartment: Beds that can be joined into a double bed, with a private bathroom. 4. Bonus: A “secret” room for 3 children – a perfect base for the youngest guests! Amenities for families and active guests: • For children: 3 baby cots, safety gates, high chairs, and a secure fenced area. • Active leisure: 6 bicycles available for guests. The surrounding area is perfect for runners, cyclists, and mushroom pickers. • Dogs welcome: The entire 6,000 m² property is fenced, so your pet can roam safely. You’ll find a 5-burner stove, two refrigerators, and full equipment—from professional utensils to wine glasses. Shared meals can be enjoyed at a large dining table comfortably seating up to 15 people. • Relaxation by the fireplace The living room with an authentic tiled stove is the perfect spot for autumn and winter evenings. Firewood is always prepared and waiting for you under the shelter. • Covered terrace (42 m²) Our favorite space! This is where social life happens. There’s a grilling area nearby, so the cook is always part of the gathering. • Garden full of attractions A pétanque court (boules), a bonfire area with prepared sticks, and a children’s playground (playhouse, swing, slide). Just beyond the fence are two charming ponds (you can even catch small fish!).
