Apartment on Icelandic horse farm

Welcome to our bright, cozy guest apartment here on our idyllic Icelandic horse stud farm Altenkattbek near Jevenstedt in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. The apartment, built in 2024, is adjacent to the riding hall in the middle of our well-kept, beautifully landscaped riding farm with direct views of the horses. The space The apartment can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 4 people, with 2 full beds (double bed) and a sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children). Linens and towels are provided and included in the price. The double bed is accessible via a small staircase in the cozy alcove/sleeping loft. The amenities: Shower bath (shower at ground level) Kitchen, fully equipped, including dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Powerful fiber optic Internet via our customer Wi-Fi Small outdoor seating area right next to the apartment Parking is available in our customer parking lot on the street. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal. Other things to note The apartment is located on an equestrian center with customer traffic and horse farming. The alcove/sleeping loft is accessible via a small staircase. This can be a problem for people with reduced mobility. Alternatively, a sofa bed in the lower living area is available as an additional sleeping option, which comfortably accommodates an adult. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking or vaping is allowed in the area of the small outdoor seating area. The windows are fitted with insect screens. The front door should be kept closed as much as possible to keep mosquitoes and flies out. Jevenstedt with a wide range of local amenities with supermarket, gas station, doctors, banks, pharmacy, outdoor pool, etc. is just 2 minutes by car. In Nortorf with various restaurants it is a good 10 minutes.
