🌿 Please read in full. A place to arrive and feel good: Our holiday home in the Extertal/Rott holiday park offers a private sauna, garden and barbecue – perfect for relaxing days in the Extertal. Idyllic hiking trails start right outside the door. If you prefer it quieter, relax in the garden, enjoy a barbecue evening or wellness in the sauna. Cozy and modernly furnished – ideal for couples, friends or families. Here you will find the perfect mix of nature, active vacation and relaxation. The space 🏡 Your Scandinavian-style vacation home The cozy semi-detached house (70 m²) is surrounded by hedges and bushes – fenced, private and ideal for feeling good. In the garden you will find a private sauna, terrace with barbecue & lounge as well as a play corner with swing for the little ones. Inside, the open living-dining-cooking area offers plenty of hours together (dining table for 5 people). Three bedrooms (2× double bed, 1× single bed with desk) as well as a reading chair on the gallery provide retreat options. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs. On the ground floor is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower; a washing machine and dryer are also available. A children's travel cot, high chair, toilet attachment, children's dishes & cutlery as well as toys are provided. Guest access 🏡 Your vacation home is all yours during your stay – with a private garden, terrace and your own sauna for relaxing hours. Everything is exclusively usable, so you can enjoy it undisturbed. Thanks to the key box at the house, you can start your vacation in a relaxed and flexible way. ✨ Other things to note ✨ For even more comfort, you are welcome to book bed linens (€9 per person) and towels, incl. sauna towel (€6 per person). 🐾 Your four-legged friends are also welcome – up to 2 dogs (€15 per dog/stay). ⚡ Electricity consumption is fairly billed according to actual usage (€0.50/kWh). Firewood is available at the property and is charged at €8/bag The hot tub can be booked on request. The costs for this are a one-time fee of €45/per stay for water, cleaning and treatment of the water, as well as the initial heating. During the stay, additional costs of approx. €5–€7 per day for keeping the pool warm are to be expected (you can read the electricity meter yourself) Billing is very straightforward upon departure – so you only pay for what you have actually used.
