Welcome to a quiet private room in Muret, ideal for a student on a work-study program at the CMA, for a business trip, or for training at the airport, GRETA, etc. Our family home is home to 2 children (ages 16 and 12), 1 dog and 1 cat. 6 min by car from the train station, 20 min on foot, and 40 m from a bus stop. CMA, high schools, and training centers 5-10 min. away. Access to kitchen, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and pool. Peaceful neighborhood, also ideal for teleworking. Small shops 2 min away The space Welcome to a quiet and bright private room of 11 m², located within our family home of 110 m². It is equipped with: - A comfortable bed for 2 people - A desk, a chair and a closet - Free Wi-Fi - TV Linens and towels are provided. The room locks for your privacy. 🏠 The house and the common areas You will stay with my husband and my 2 children (ages 16 and 12), as well as our friendly dog Woody and our cat Athena, in a warm family home. You will have access to the following areas: - Shared bathroom ( only my kids) - Separate toilet - Kitchen (access possible for simple meals) -Lounge We make sure you're comfortable while respecting everyone's privacy. 📍 Location 🚉 Only 1.7 km from the train station (6 minutes by car / 20 minutes by foot) Bus 🚌 stop 40 meters from the house (line 304 – to train station or city center) 🎓 Close to the CFA, the high schools of Muret and several training centers (Greta, École Aéro) Ideal for students, interns, or professionals in short-term training or for remote work 🛒 Shops nearby (boulangerie 700m, supermarket 2.5km, pharmacy 1.1km...) The neighborhood is quiet, residential and convenient for getting around. We are a friendly family, open to exchanges while respecting your tranquility. ✅ Practical info Check-in: From 5:30 PM Check Out: 8:00 am (to be redefined together) 🍽️ Optional breakfast (€6) It includes: tea, coffee, juice, bread or brioche, butter, jam, and sometimes a small homemade sweet treat Optional evening 🍽️ meals On request, we can also offer a simple and balanced homemade evening meal (hot main course, side dish, dessert) at a cost of €11 per person. The meal is served between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., to be booked no later than the day before. please let us know in advance. Guest access As a guest, you'll have access to multiple areas of the house, shared with our family: Kitchen: Available for preparing simple meals (please clean up after use). Bathroom: shared, with times to be agreed if needed. Lounge: accessible during the day for a relaxing time, depending on our availability. Terrace and garden: pleasant on sunny days, perfect for having a coffee or relaxing. Swimming pool: accessible in summer or out of season when the weather permits. These spaces are shared in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. We ensure that everyone has their comfort and privacy. Other things to note Check-in and check-out are done in our presence, according to schedules agreed in advance. Please let us know your check-in and check-out times at the time of booking. We are flexible as far as is reasonable, but guests need to adapt to our availability.
