You will have a quiet place to read, study or go online. Bus stop a few blocks away on Elkton Road. We are on a very quiet street with little traffic where two streets intersect w/dead end. Guest access You have your own private BR with well-appreciated desk on 2nd fl, across from guest in other 2nd fl BR. Share large full bath also on 2nd floor just a few feet from BR door. Large upstairs foyer. Share downstairs area of kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer. Includes Verizon Fios WiFi internet & TV. You get your own refrigerator. New (Aug 2022) large capacity tankless water heater. Storage area for bicycles. Free street vehicle parking. During your stay Private BR. Share large full bath w/2 sinks and large counters (see photos!). This is a puzzle- and multiple board-game friendly home, with a puzzle usually in process on the large dining room table. Shop 0.4 miles at Suburban Shopping Center with ACME grocery store, Walgreens store & more. Park N' Shop Shopping Center 0.8 miles with Rite Aid, Pizza shop, Fitness Center, Barber, Liquor Store, others. Two Food Lion grocery stores: 1st is 1.7 miles, 2nd is 1.9 miles. A 2nd ACME is at College Sq Shopping Center, 2.7 miles. Other things to note Two small to medium size friendly dogs with wagging tails and two cats live and sleep on first floor but will occasionally climb stairs to say hello if you are pet friendly. Professional cleaner comes monthly to clean upstairs and downstairs with no additional charge to tenant. A great place if you want peace and quiet (occasional train sounds a couple blocks away).
