This off-grid cabin in the Highlands offers an exceptional retreat for those seeking serenity, simplicity & nature. This one-bedroom cabin provides an ideal escape from the demands of modern life in Scotland’s most scenic landscape. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub invites you to unwind under the stars. Guests will be captivated by wildlife, with sightings of stags, otters, seals & red squirrels. The area offers fishing spots & opportunities for walking, stargazing & reflection in this setting. The space The cabin is solar powered and so has electricity and charging ports but only for up to 12V so USB chargers for low-voltage items such as a phone or tablet can be used. There are no 240V 3-pin charging ports so items such as laptops cannot be charged. There is a working shower, however, no hot water but guests are welcome to use the wood-fired hot tub. There is running water in the bathroom and kitchen and drinking water is supplied. There is no WiFi at the cabin but it has generally good phone signal for most providers (guests should check with their provider). The kitchenette has a gas camping stove with a kettle, tea pot, frying pan and pot for cooking. There is cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs and tea, coffee and sugar. There is also a small fridge and freezer. Other things to note Due to its off grid nature the toilet facility is of a compostable nature.
