You will appreciate it for its comfort, its very warm layout, its brightness and its quality amenities, as well as for its proximity to local shops and the main tourist sites of the region... This semi-cave house from the 17th and 19th centuries has been completely refurbished, it has belonged to the same family for 4 generations. The troglodyte part provides protection against the heat in summer, while also being very comfortable in winter. We offer this family home for rent, in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for understanding. The house has 3 bedrooms for 6 beds. It consists of the ground floor: - Equipped kitchen and dining area: induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, basic necessities, pellet stove... - Laundry (washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack) - Living room with TV - 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) - 1 bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower - 1 separate toilet On the second floor you will find: - 1 master bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) and bathroom (walk-in shower) - 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds of 90 x 200) - 1 office space - 1 separate WC Outside, large private courtyard divided into several spaces: - 1 terrace in front of the house, for outdoor dining - 1 garden furniture - 1 hangar to park your vehicles in a sheltered area Guest access The entire property is available for your use. A hangar in the courtyard allows you to park your vehicles inside the property. The town of Vouvray is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central point for visiting the Loire Castles and vineyards. The first castles are 15 minutes away. Other things to note The price includes linens: sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towel. Beds are made upon arrival, and cleaning is done upon departure. A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to start the stay. The house includes steps and a staircase, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
