La Genette is a 75 m2 apartment completely renovated in an old Lorraine farmhouse located in a small peaceful village of Saintois, 35 min from Nancy and Epinal. Enjoy its garden to relax, go for a walk to visit the hill of Sion and the medieval village of Vaudémont or go for a swim in Favières. You will find in Vézelise (5 min) supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy and medical center. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave), a workspace with unlimited Wi-Fi access. You will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a large modular bedroom with 4 single beds, both equipped with television. A private garden is at your disposal with tables, chairs and deckchairs and barbecue. In the evening, you can relax in the living room, work in the office area or enjoy the barbecue. You can then sleep in the quiet of the countryside. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your use with a separate entrance. You can access the accommodation independently with a key box. A parking space (utility included) is reserved for you in close proximity to the accommodation.
