The space Villa Ariti offers the perfect combination of contemporary luxury and timeless Cretan charm, located just moments away from the world-famous Falassarna beach. Designed with attention to detail, this spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing Mediterranean escape. Inside, the villa spans 172.06 sq.m. and features three elegant bedrooms. Two are equipped with double beds, while the third has twin beds that can be converted into a double upon request. Each room boasts minimal decor, wooden ceilings, and light-block curtains for a serene and restful atmosphere. The villa includes three modern bathrooms and an additional WC for your convenience. The open-plan living area invites relaxation with two plush sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a fireplace. A dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. Large windows and direct access to the terrace create a bright, airy ambiance with stunning sea views. Step outside to the villa’s expansive 350 sq.m. terrace, where an infinity pool with a jacuzzi awaits. Villa Ariti is situated in a prime location near local tavernas and restaurants, where you can savor authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Guest access The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. The property can host 8 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 6th guest. Other things to note We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
