The space About the House Our home is a carefully renovated turn-of-the-century villa where we’ve focused on creating a calm, healthy, and authentic atmosphere. During the renovation, we’ve used natural and non-toxic materials wherever possible to maintain both the character and the indoor air quality of the house. The guest room is finished with 100% pure lime plaster, completely free from synthetic additives, giving the walls a soft, natural surface that allows them to breathe. The result is a space that feels both serene and fresh — ideal for guests who appreciate craftsmanship and sustainable living. We’ve combined the original charm of 1901 architecture with modern comfort, offering you a stylish yet peaceful stay in one of Åkarp’s most beautiful historic homes. Other things to note Breakfast is not included, and the kitchen isn’t available for cooking meals unless agreed upon in advance.
