The space Susanne and Christophe welcome you to a spacious, warm, and bright house surrounded by a terrace, with large outdoor spaces and in the immediate vicinity, a large swimming area with a 60 m2 swimming pool with landscaped surroundings and a summer kitchen. Your hosts, who live on the site, are available, discreet and responsive to allow you to make the most of your stay (tourist information, extensive guide to local services, regular maintenance of the pool, etc.). The 195 m2 house includes a large volume on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with views of the hill and the historic tower of Fa as well as a bedroom for 4 people (bed 160 - or 2 x 80 and bunk beds). The upper floor has two double bedrooms (160 and 180 cm beds), two single bedrooms (140 cm beds), a seating area with books, games and a flat screen TV. Each room is equipped with comfortable bedding. The house has a bathroom with shower and toilet on each level. Outside you will enjoy a 200 m2 partially shaded terrace with garden furniture. A stone's throw away, in a wooded green setting, the relaxation area will host the best moments of your vacation: swimming in the large swimming pool and relaxing on a deckchair or lying in the grass, and conviviality, with refreshments, aperitifs and dinners by the water thanks to the second sheltered and fully equipped kitchen: plancha, barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. Practical information: - Secure swimming area: barriers, gate and pool cover. - Private and secure parking, (we recommend arriving by car, however the bus station is 3 km away) - Fiber / Wi-Fi - smart TV, DVD player, speaker - Sheets, towels and table linen provided.
