It is a warm and dry environment thanks to a large internal window that opens onto the first double bedroom, allowing ample and fast air exchange but also privacy, once closed. It contains a large folding table, transforming the room into a practical study and/or work environment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and total access to the entire apartment during their stay, with the possibility of using all the amenities and appliances available. Other things to note Before your arrival, I will ensure that the apartment is carefully cleaned and meets high standards of hygiene. Towels and fresh sheets will be provided for each guest. A welcome kit is offered for everyone. We operate professionally and in full compliance with current regulations. The property has access to a shared outdoor area that includes a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. In addition to the 2 parking spaces owned nearby, there are free parking spaces on the street.
