Whether it’s a short break or an extended stay, you’ll feel right at home. The space to The Edenwood Residences – a newly refurbished two-bedroom property in the centre of Droitwich Spa. Formed by combining the Eden Suite and Rosewood Suite, it offers a practical and comfortable base for families, groups or professionals. Accessed by a short flight of stairs, it is well suited to both short and extended stays. As the building is shared with a small number of other flats, you may hear sounds from neighbouring apartments. • Bedrooms – Eden Suite: Standard double bed with bedside tables and lamps; Rosewood Suite: Super king bed, bedside tables, lamps and a desk, ideal for work or study. Each suite also includes a sofa bed. Fresh linen and towels are provided. • Bathrooms – Both bedrooms benefit from their own modern en-suite with shower, WC and basin. • Additional toilet – A separate WC is located at the entrance to the property for added convenience. • Kitchen – Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and essential cookware and utensils. • Living areas – Each suite has an open-plan lounge with sofa bed, smart TV and dining table. • Capacity – Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across one super king bed, one standard double bed and two sofa beds. Guest access Guests have full private use of the Edenwood Residences when booked as a two-bedroom flat. Entry is via a secure, clearly numbered lock box at the entrance, with keys for both suites provided inside. Full check-in instructions are sent in advance. Other things to note Parking – Limited parking is available at the rear of the property, with expansion planned. Paid parking is also available close by if needed. Noise – The Norbury Theatre is located across the road and hosts music and performances into the evening (Usually on the weekend), so some noise may be heard. Local attractions – The West Midlands Safari Park is around 30 minutes away and makes for a great family day out. The property is also within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Transport – Droitwich Spa train station is close by, offering easy links to Worcester, Birmingham and beyond.
