The Waterford Greenway is 300 meters from the house. A warm welcome awaits you and a great break guaranteed! PLEASE NOTE this house is in a residential area and not suitable for house parties! The space A newly refurbished 3 bed roomed townhouse. A bright and airy space filled with light, tastefully furnished and close to all amenities. The ground floor has a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The separate dining room seats 6 people and the cosy sitting room has a smart TV with Netflix included & DVD player, unlimited 250 Mbs Wi-Fi, and a coal stove. Upstairs has three well appointed bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single beds, two bathrooms with 2 showers. A travel cot and high chair are provided for infants. The house has a private secure garden front and rear with plenty of off street FREE parking. The back garden is enclosed, safe for pets and we also have secure storage for bicycles. There is a patio area and garden furniture for outdoor dining. Adjacent to the property is a walkway which gives you access to a range of activities in minutes including the newly opened Deise Greenway and bicycle hire. Babysitting can be arranged locally.
