The centuries-old walls breathe history, but inside you only feel the tranquility of the now. Everything is furnished here for connection, relaxation and enjoyment! The space With three atmospheric floors, a private garden with jacuzzi and barrel sauna, comfortable sleeping places for 2-6 people, including 2 children and a baby, Tannery de Luxe is the ideal setting for a romantic stay for two, quality time with the family, a relaxing girlfriend getaway or a pampering moment with your best friends. The ground floor forms the heart of the stay with a warm living room, dining area, a kitchenette*, bathroom and access to the outdoor terrace and wellness area with jacuzzi and barrel sauna. The first floor exudes coziness and offers space for relaxation after a day of enjoying. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, 1 of which is furnished for children with bunk beds and a crib. This bedroom can be used as desired for adults. Due to the historic construction, this floor has a lower ceiling, which increases the charm, but sometimes means bending down for guests (> 1.85 m). The cozy attic is furnished as a bedroom the luxury, where history, love and connection come together. *The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, kettle, filter coffee maker, crockery and a compact induction hob (2 burner) for easy meals. There is not an oven available. Other things to note Terms and conditions When making your booking, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions. We kindly request that you carefully review our terms and house rules before the start of your visit. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding! • By entering our accommodation, you agree to the house rules of Looierij de Luxe. The house rules will follow on the next page. • To ensure the quality, hygiene, safety and relaxed atmosphere of Looierij de Luxe, a security deposit of €150 will be applied. The deposit allows us to keep our accommodation and wellness facilities in optimal condition for all our guests. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of departure or refunded at check-out, provided that the accommodation and wellness facilities have been left in accordance with the house rules and in neat condition. Any deductions will always be explained, if possible with photos. • If damage or pollution occurs to the property or facilities due to careless use, you as a tenant are liable for compensating for the damage. Any damage must be reported directly. The costs for repair, replacement or additional cleaning will be charged to you as a tenant through the (partial) retention of the deposit already paid. • If after departure it is found that the jacuzzi water is soiled (cloudy, foaming, oil or soap scum, unpleasant odor) or the cover has been misused (left open for a long time, damage, unnecessary energy consumption) due to failure to follow our house rules, depending on the pollution level up to €150-, for this may be charged for by keeping the deposit already paid. • Looierij de Luxe is not liable for damage, loss or theft of your personal belongings. • The accommodation and wellness facilities of Looierij de Luxe are exclusively intended for the number of persons specified and confirmed at the time of booking. The base price is for 2 people. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of €59 per person per day, regardless of whether this person stays overnight or only uses the facilities during the day. • It is not allowed to invite or allow additional guests without prior approval from the host. If it turns out that there are more people present than for which the reservation was made, the host reserves the right to charge additional costs of €59 per person per day/night or to terminate the stay immediately without refund of the amounts already paid. • We reserve the right of persons to deny access, without refund, who visit our property signs of drunkenness, aggression or for any purpose other than relaxation. • As a guest, you are responsible for the correct use of our facilities. In no event can Tannerij de Luxe be held responsible for accidents or for bodily or property damage caused by misuse of our facilities. • During your stay, we respect your privacy. The use of cameras or other forms of monitoring in the private area does not apply, only at the private parking space for safety. • In case of force majeure (such as power outages, water damage, pandemics, etc.), the host reserves the right to cancel or move the reservation. In this case, an alternative date will be sought or the amount will be refunded. • Complaints about the stay must be reported as soon as possible, so that we can take immediate action. After the end of the stay, complaints can be submitted in writing within 48 hours via the email address of Looierij de Luxe. House rules We kindly request that you observe our house rules during your stay at Looierij de Luxe to avoid additional (cleaning)costs, as described in the general conditions. Check-in & checkout • You are welcome from 3pm and the property must be vacated no later than 11am. • Arrive on time and departure on time so the next guests can also enjoy a clean and fresh home. Being late goes from your own time. Cleanliness, clean and respectful use • Showering is required for the use of the wellness facilities. • Make use of our offered bath slippers both inside and around the wellness facilities or bring your own bath slippers. • Use of towels in the sauna is required. • Jewelry must be discarded before using the wellness facilities. • Sexual acts are not allowed in the wellness facilities. • It is strictly forbidden to use oils, creams, scrubs or soap products in the jacuzzi or sauna. • It is not allowed to eat and smoke in the wellness facilities. • Please do not use glassware at the wellness facilities - artificial fabric glasses are provided. • Any damage and/or additional cleaning costs as a result of not following the above house rules will be recovered from the host by means of the deposit. Safety • Please use the wellness facilities responsibly and sparingly. • Children are only allowed to use the wellness facilities under the supervision of parents/caregivers. The full responsibility for the behavior and safety of the children lies with parents/caregivers. • (non)alcoholic beverages may be consumed. Alcohol abuse, on the other hand, or drug use is prohibited. • Smoking is prohibited in the house and near or in the wellness facilities. Respect for the space • Please take care of our belongings and the property - report damages or malfunctions immediately. Damage or additional cleaning costs due to the tenant's own actions or negligence, will be recovered from you as a tenant through the deposit. • We ask you to ensure the relaxed atmosphere of the wellness and therefore not to play loud music or cause a nuisance. Relaxed music is allowed. • There is a quiet time between 23:00 – 07:00. When you leave or forget something? • Leave the house tidy: trash in the trash can, wash dirty dishes. • Leave windows and doors closed on departure. Need help or forget something?
