The space The house is located within a private development, which offers a very safe and quiet atmosphere. It has all the basic services, spacious spaces and a homey atmosphere. Guest access Access to playgrounds, basketball court, as well as palapas and barbecues located at the top of the subdivision are part of this beautiful neighborhood. Free and safe parking right in front of your accommodation, no one enters or leaves the subdivision without being invited and without being identified by the security guard on duty, your car will be 100% safe with us, you can relax completely. Other things to note It is very important for you, my guest, to know that we have fully private parking inside the subdivision with 24/7 surveillance right in front of the house for a maximum of two cars, one right up on the sidewalk, and another small car right in front of the house as long as they are equal to the size of the house, to avoid problems with the neighbors and respect their parking space as they must do with ours.
