Rural Accommodation in Abarán

A peaceful haven in the heart of Abarán. If you're looking for a getaway where you can unwind without sacrificing comfort, this house is for you. It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with a fireplace, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, with space for 6 people. Outside you will find a swimming pool, play area, barbecue and a beautiful gazebo surrounded by nature. Very close to the village, 200 m from the Norias route and the Segura River. The space The house has two full bathrooms outside and another one in the pool, plus an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a double bed with one of the bathrooms inside. The other room has two single beds. In addition, in the dining room there is a comfortable large sofa bed. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has a bar for 2 people to eat or, if you prefer, a dining room with a table for up to 6 people. In the living room we can find a large table with space for up to 12 people, next to the fireplace. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning throughout the house, with all the amenities. Outside there is a barbecue, a nice gazebo for a nice evening looking at the Sierra del Oro and the Antenas de Ricote and a pool with a large solarium. We also have a play area with goalposts and a basketball hoop for the more athletic, as well as parking for more than three cars. Other things to note The house is located next to the Candelón Ferris wheel, which is part of the beautiful Ruta de las Norias. It is also next to the Segura River, where it is essential to make a descent if adventure is your thing. It is a 5-minute walk from the village, in a natural enclave where silence and tranquility prevail above all, giving the house the best of the urban center and nature together.
