Whether you want to explore the countryside on foot, enjoy a sporty bike ride, or simply relax with a book and enjoy the tranquility, this place offers you the time and leisure that are often lacking in everyday life. The space A huge, open, loft-like room with about 50 square meters awaits you. Open-plan kitchen, dining area with access to the couch and fireplace (use only with bio-ethanol for ambiance). Behind it is the open, only half enclosed sleeping area. The 40 sqm terrace can be entered from the living area and has no railings for an unobstructed view. Please enter only for adults and at your own risk... The hallway leads to the bathroom and also back to the private entrance. Guest access Main entrance and access via the terrace in the front yard and directly into your living floor. From the street on the ground floor level, from the garden on the 1st floor, through hillside location... Feel free to enter the garden and use it without restriction. We keep our belongings on the garden level, and this area is not accessible. Other things to note Parking: in front of the garage on the gravel area, next to the tall hedge… Parking on the side of the road is also not a problem at all.
