The space The building has a central cooling system as well as individual heating option. Other things to note The iron and ironing board is only upon request. There may be a third person added to your booking to sleep on a stow away bed, including sheets and extra towels for a $25 a day extra fee. For children under 12 being the third person in that studio, the fee is only $10 Any additional animal only upon approval by owner on an individual basis and an additional fee of $50 per stay will be added.
