Pool with heater and solar. *NO PARTIES/YOUTH GROUPS ALLOWED The space It is a charming house located in a gated community within the famous “Lomas de Cocoyoc” subdivision. Equipped to give you privacy and comfort. THE PROPERTY We have: • Wi-Fi throughout the house with signal repeaters outside. • Fifty-inch flat screens in each room and eighty-five-inch flat screens in the living room. • NETFLIX on all TVs. • XBOX 360 games. •Board games • 15” Bluetooth speaker to liven up your entire stay. • Foosball table. • Fully-equipped kitchen • Covered bar area with fire pit and hybrid gas and charcoal grill. • Pool with boiler and solar heater. • The entire property has mosquito nets and solar control blinds • Bath and pool towel service. • Coffee, tea, and condiment service for cooking. • Complimentary marshmallows for the fire pit and charcoal for the barbecue. • Drinking water filter. If you like barbecues, you have an excellent hybrid charcoal and gas grill inside a modernist terrace with a bar, TV, Bluetooth speaker, swings, and a gas fireplace for those moonlit nights with burnt marshmallows. If you would like additional cleaning service during your stay you can request it at the time of booking: $550 per day. We have a solar heater to maintain the pool's temperature, but if you wish, an LP gas boiler can also be used to heat the pool at an additional cost: $800 per day and $1000 per day in winter Loss or mistreatment of towels: $400 extra each THE NEIGHBORHOOD The property is located within one of the most exclusive residential complexes with access through two security booms and 24-hour surveillance. It has a shopping mall where you will find everything you need; from an ice cream parlor to gourmet restaurants, a children's play area and a sandbox for younger children. You can visit the religious chapel; as well as a natural lake with ducks that you can feed, or if you prefer you can make use of the basketball, volleyball and soccer courts. You can try the subdivision restaurant inside the clubhouse and a golf course, the latter at an additional cost. If you are passionate about sports, you can use your bike and ride wide ups and downs or just go for a walk with the family. OUTSIDE THE SUBDIVISION Outside the residential complex you will find many local recreational activities, from restaurants to nearby magical villages to visit. Guest access Access to the subdivision can be by car or local taxi service. The property has a covered parking lot with two spaces and free parking in the enclosure. Other things to note • For rentals longer than 10 days, electricity and gas are at the guest's expense. • If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it at the time of booking: $550 per day. • We have a solar heater to maintain the pool's temperature, but if you wish, an LP gas boiler can also be used to heat the pool at an additional cost: Boiler cost: $800 per day and $1000 per day in winter. - Additional cost for extra guests $600 from the tenth guest onwards • Loss or mistreatment of towels: $400 extra each
