Come and enjoy its large bright living room overlooking a beautiful wooded garden and its terrace to relax and listen to the birdsong. The advantages: - 10 minutes from La Flèche Zoo - Close to several cycling loops - Ideally located between Le Mans, Angers and Tours - Horse lovers, the property hosts a pony farm The space On the ground floor: - a completely new equipped kitchen (refrigerator and freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker...) and a laundry room (washing machine, dishwasher, thermodynamic water heater) - a large living/dining room area with a large bay window overlooking unoverlooked nature and a wood-burning stove, for spending cozy evenings - a private terrace, with tables, chairs, small barbecue and umbrella overlooking the garden. NB: the terrace has not yet been tiled but this will in no way hinder its use - a small toilet with a sink Upstairs: - a master bedroom with its bathroom (bed 140 x 200) - Velux equipped with blackout and anti-hale blinds - one bedroom in a row with two beds (90 x 190), possibility to group them together to make a large bed of 180 - Velux equipped with blackout and anti-heat blinds - a separate toilet with a sink * Bed and kitchen linens are provided. Only bath towels are not included * Pets are welcome but not allowed upstairs for hygiene reasons Other things to note Horse lovers, the house is located in the heart of a sport pony farm. Depending on the season, you can discover the foals of the year. Want to come on vacation with your horse? The stable has several boxes, grass paddocks and a sand quarry in Fontainebleau fiber.
