The living room, with a 3-seater, 2-seater and armchair, invites you to relax or watch TV. A terrace with a table and chairs as well as a garden lounger can be reached through a terrace door from the living room. The large fully equipped kitchen has a nice dining area where you can enjoy your meals, a coffee or tea. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 200 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has a 90 x 200 cm bed as well as a cozy armchair with a small table and a cabinet with 3 drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and an elevated toilet and has a window. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available opposite the house and for bicycles we have a place in the garage. The bus stop is 250 m away and the bus station where an express bus and several buses go to the Havenwelten is about 800 m away. Nearby is the waterworks forest, fun pool and shopping. The highway is nearby. The city center, Weserstrand, Klimahaus, Meditaraneo, Auswandererhaus Schiffahrtsmuseum, Museumshafen, Zoo am Meer, Sail City Hotel with viewing platform, harbor tours by boat and bus, Helgoland trip or the fishing port with events and restaurants that invite you to linger. All this can be reached by bus in 20 - 30 minutes.
