Home in Grapeview

Located in Grapeview WA, our home is on top of the water offering incredible views compared to being set back from water. Location is everything as you enter our private driveway through our lush mature forest that opens up to the breathtaking views of Puget Sound. This is a quiet and secluded property with your own private bulkhead and beach. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with ample entertaining areas indoors and outside. We have our own mooring off our beach that supports up to a 32ft boat. The space Our home is a generational property we hope to keep in our family for decades to come. Over the past 5 years we have we have made many updates to the property. Because this is our vacation home as well, we have installed quality furnishings throughout the house including comfortable beds! Our kitchen is on the smaller side but has updated appliances such as an ultra quiet dishwasher, large combo microwave / convection oven and new French door fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would desire and lots of extras like spices we share. A newer AC/Heat system ensures a cool home on hot summer days and plenty of heat in the cold winter months. Everything necessary is included for a comfortable stay such as linens, blankets, towels, kitchen accessories, paper towels, TP and toiletries such as body soap and shampoo/conditioner. Guest access We do have a few areas that we designate for "owners use only". In the laundry room we have a closet that we store our private belongings that is out of the way from any guests and is marked Private. In the shed where we store water toys for you to use, we have a smoker that is private as well. Other things to note We now have high speed internet. Our beach is private and another family member maintains and raises oysters and geoducks, please do not dig for geoducks on our property or take oysters from our mesh bags.
