The space The cottage is located on a 6.5-acre property in the Hartley Valley. Situated in a cul-de-sac, the cottage is well away from the owner's residence. The property has a 60-metre-long tree lined entry and is surrounded by lifestyle blocks and National Park. Alpacas roam the nearby paddock to the cottage while kangaroos have made the property their own. The property contains various gardens, is well-kept and the cottage is north-east facing with plenty of sunshine streaming through all day - great in winter and pleasant in summer. Guest access The cottage will be unlocked thus giving guests hassle-free entry. Cottage keys are on the key ring holder immediately inside the front door. Outside lights will be turned on in the event of late entry. The black fob on the key ring is for entry/exit to the secure garage parking space. Otherwise, there is the carport. There are no steps or stairs. Other things to note A cot with sheet and baby blanket is available on request for an infant under 2 years of age. There is no extra charge.
