Smugglers Cove is a pet-friendly 3-bedroom Esperance holiday home, just 400m from the coast and close to shops and takeaways. Sleeps 6 in three queen bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. Enjoy a full kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, spacious living and a private outdoor area with BBQ. The space Centrally located, Smugglers Cove is a warm and relaxing home with three spacious queen bedrooms, a separate lounge and dining area, bathroom and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer. There’s also an 8kg washing machine, making longer stays easy. All three bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans for added comfort. Outside, fire up the gas BBQ or pizza oven and enjoy your meal in the covered outdoor entertaining area. The fully fenced backyard is ideal for children and fur babies, while the front yard is one of our favourite spots to enjoy a quiet coffee, a good book and the sounds of the ocean. The beautiful Esperance coastline is only around 400m away, with a dog-friendly beach nearby. Local shops, IGA and some great takeaway options are also conveniently close. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, with free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and Netflix included. Smugglers Cove is a comfortable, well-equipped home with a character and warmth of its own. Guest access We want you to feel completely at home during your stay at Smugglers CoveWe want you to feel completely at home during your stay at Smugglers Cove. You’ll have private access to the entire house, sunroom, garage, off-street parking, covered outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, and fully fenced guest backyard, including the secure dog kennel and run. The area beyond the secured guest backyard is private and is not accessible to guests. The gate is clearly marked with a No Entry sign and must remain closed. The rear shed and one locked storage cupboard in the hallway are also reserved for private use. Otherwise, settle in, make yourself comfortable and enjoy Smugglers Cove as your home away from home. Other things to note Pets are genuinely welcome at Smugglers Cove and are welcome inside the home. We simply ask that they are kept off the beds and furniture and that you clean up after them during your stay. For guests travelling with dogs, the fully fenced guest backyard includes a secure outdoor kennel and run. A gas BBQ is provided in the covered outdoor entertaining area. There is also a gas pizza oven stored in the garage for guests to enjoy. For safety, the pizza oven must be taken outside and used in a suitable outdoor area only. Families with children are very welcome. Please be aware that the front garden is terraced, with drops of approximately one metre in places, so children need to be supervised when using this area. The property has a steep driveway and stairs and does not have step-free or wheelchair access.
