Quarry House Barn is a stylish 2-bedroom retreat sleeping up to 4 guests, with private gated parking for 2 vehicles, a fully equipped kitchen, garden and PS5. Ideally located between Skipton, Haworth and the Yorkshire Dales. The space Welcome to Quarry House Barn – a cosy, stylish converted barn perfect for couples, families, and small groups. This peaceful retreat features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms – one with a king size bed, an ensuite shower (no toilet), and a main bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 features a double bed. The spacious lounge includes a comfy sofa bed, dining area, and a PS5 for offline gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals, large fridge freezer and a gas oven. From searching I think this is the only property in the area that hosts 4 guests with an optional access to a good size hot- tub, 1 night stays, late check in, private garden and private parking for upto 2 vehicles. Hot tub hours 4pm - 10:00pm. Strictly no smoking in the property and keep noise levels at a minimum respecting the neighbourhood. Additional Guests Policy The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Any additional guests not included in the booking will be charged £50 per person, per stay. All guests must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to inform us prior to arrival may result in an additional charge and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Guest access Self check-in via a secure lock box. The lock box code will be provided on the day of arrival. Private parking is available on site. If you require late checkout, there is an additional fee, please message for price. For the safety and security of both our guests and property, external CCTV cameras are in operation. Cameras are positioned at the front entrance, driveway, and outdoor access areas only. They are used for security purposes and to monitor arrivals and parking. There are no cameras inside the property or overlooking the hot tub or any private areas. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the presence of external security cameras in these locations. Strictly no unregistered guests. Any additional guests not included in the booking will be charged £50 per person whether staying overnight or visiting and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Other things to note Please note that the hot tub is not included in the accommodation price. It is available as an optional extra and must be booked before arrival. During peak school holiday periods, all stays of two nights or more include the hot tub package, and the applicable hot tub charge will be added to your booking. By booking during these periods, guests agree to this additional charge. HOT TUB DISCLAIMER We’re pleased to offer the hot tub for your enjoyment. To keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests, please follow the rules below: • Hot tub hours: 4:00pm – 10:00 only • Strictly no use after 10:30pm • No music or loud noise in the hot tub area at any time • Please do not enter the hot tub wearing fake tan, oils, lotions, or makeup • No glass in or around the hot tub • Children must be supervised at all times • Please replace the lid securely after use Health & Safety: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests should ensure they are fit and well before use. We recommend limiting time in the hot tub and staying hydrated. Liability: We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from misuse of the hot tub or failure to follow the above rules.
