Quiet village house

A small house in the heart of the village, renovated by amateurs but full of motivation! We tried to make it as warm as possible, showcase its spaces and make it as practical as possible so you don't miss anything. It has a garden (not yet finished), a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days, and parking spaces in front of the door. Ideal for a couple or small family, we hope you feel as good as we do when we spend time there. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - The entrance - Washing machine and cleaning area - Toilet - Kitchen Area - Living/dining room UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 1 - Bedroom 2 - Bathroom Amenities per room (non-exhaustive list): ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - A coat rack and a wall-mounted shoe cabinet - A 10 kg washing machine and its instructions, some washing tablets, a drying rack, clothes pegs, various cleaning products - Toilet paper, a trash can and toilet cleaner - A combined fridge/freezer, an oven and its grills/dishes, a microwave, a hob with pots and pans, a hood, a dishwasher with some washing tablets, obviously cutlery/cups/bowls/glasses... some utensils (cutting board, whisks, funnel, drainer...) a Tassimo coffee machine and some pods, a second classic coffee machine and ground coffee, a kettle, a waffle maker, a mixer, a toaster, a mini chopper. - A large table and 6 chairs, a cabinet with various types of glasses and plates as well as some board games, a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV with its TV box (please do not try to subscribe to anything via the box), an ambient light, the vacuum cleaner UPSTAIRS: - A 160 x 200 bed, two tables and bedside lamp, a 5-drawer dresser, spare sheets - A sofa bed, a small dressing room, a sports mat, an office space, a storage cabinet (with books) - A walk-in shower, a bright mirror, a storage cabinet with towels, hair dryer and first aid kit, a closet space with enough to clean the shower. Guest access The house is fully accessible except for the basement and a room we use as a storage room. Other things to note The house is semi-detached, we attach great importance to not disturbing the neighborhood after a certain time, thank you for respecting this.
