I spend a lot of time redoing the house and making sure to include every possible amenity I could think of that you may need on your stay. I've lived in the property so it has everything needed for long-term stays. It's a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, with an option for an extra air mattress for larger groups. This is a 2-family so I do have young professional, long-term tenants living in a similar, separate unit above. (So you may hear steps.) First bedroom has queen bed, make-up station with many personal items, extra blankets, and phone/ipad charging cables. It has a quick to use wall ironing board on closet door, iron, wrinkle releaser, and clothes steamer for your suitcase-wrinkled clothes. Also a 42” TV w/ Appletv2nd master bedroom has a queen bed, Leather chair reading nook, and plenty of closet and dresser space. I do also have a blow up mattress with extra pillows, sheets, etc if you have a larger group. Please do not sleep on the couch. Bathroom has towels, wash cloths, hand towels, soap, lotion and mouth wash dispensers and nearly any other personal item you may need in case you have forgotten anything (Individual use deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, female personal items, band-aids, make-up remover pads, nail polish remover and more) also a hair dryer, and curling iron In living and dining room --easily accessible outlets, with USB sockets in multiple locations in house --Desk with color printer and laptop--High speed WiFi--60 in HD flat screen TV--No Cable, but has Antenna TV, and AppleTV w/ Netflix, watchESPN, etc. --Assorted board games.-- --Amazing porch with wooden Adirondack chairs, view of golf course.--Access to laundry available upon request. --Driveway parking for up to 2 cars, but its on the end of a secluded neighborhood street with plenty of street parking. I may have some non-perishable items that are fine to use. Condiments ( salad dressings, syrup, hot sauces, etc) cooking supplies (butter, flour, sugar, olive oil) spices. Toiletries: the bathroom is stocked. I have tons of shampoos, soap, mouthwash dispenser, disposable cups, Advil, antacids, Kleenex etc. If you forgot a personal item, I should have it. I have many one time use items like deodorant, tooth brushes, toothpaste, feminine products. Other things to note 4pm is my normal check-in time. 11am is the normal check-out time. I have a lot of back-to-back guests, especially in the summer months, so this is my standard time to ensure I have time to clean. Half the time I can be very flexible with check-in if I don't have another guest immediately before or after your stay. Please ask ahead of time. Sometimes guests can drop off their suitcases while my cleaning lady is there, but will need to give her the full time needed before you can fully occupy the place.
