Located on the 3rd floor with direct views of the Adriatic, this 100 m² home is designed for families and couples who value space, comfort and calm. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen-living area, it’s perfect for a seaside holiday where every detail has been thought through. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves: All 100 m² of living space (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony). Private balcony with direct Adriatic sea view and private parking spot included with your stay. 🔑 Self check-in is available via lockbox - no need to coordinate arrival times. We’ll send you clear instructions before arrival so you can settle in smoothly, even if you arrive late. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a four-story building, with elevator access for your convenience. Once inside, everything is yours to enjoy - this is not a shared space. Other things to note ⚠️ Important: House Rules We care deeply about Sea La Vie — please help us keep this home fresh, peaceful and respected: 🚭 Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, with doors fully closed. 🎉 No parties, events, or loud gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. 🐾 No pets. 💧 Water use: The building is equipped with modern filtered salted water technology. The water is perfectly safe for washing, cooking, dishes and even brushing teeth. However, for drinking and consumption purposes, we recommend buying bottled water. 🔧 If something isn’t working properly or becomes damaged, please let us know immediately.
