Visiting from a long/flight distant? --> Want to conveniently cover multiple iconic NorCal destinations? stay within 2hr driving distances without having to frequent check-in/out each day, yet suitable for easy day trips to for example these top destinations just within 65miles to SF downtown, 125 miles to S Lake Tahoe, 45 miles to Napa, 155 miles to Yosemite National Park etc. Not only you are center to multiple destinations yet relatively able avoid major traffic jams to/from here as it turns out away from traffic during peak-times ..., also for Attending or hosting a special event and you are with friends & families, near & dears but want to avoid the scattered hotel rooms, coordination hassles, cost overheads etc., want to stay under one roof for a comfortable & a memorable stay, then make yours. --> Plenty-to-do within ~10-mile for a great food, mud-bike, open go-karting, archery, hunting, fishing, prairie, skydiving, wineries, fruit picking, equestrian etc..., and top-rated getaways within 100miles Forgot something? within 15min drive to Costco/Sams Club/Factory Outlet, within 10min and 24x7 chain stores (Walmart, Safeway, Food chains, etc) or Costco, others door delivers within 2hrs by instacart. Or allow us to gladly replace basic toiletries or amenities. Villa is big enough for number of guests in the booking to stay only with no-parties and strictly outside no-day guests. Or just bring your own near & dear friends/families to build your epic memorabilia, we thrive to guarantee your satisfaction. Locally: Agriculture, Farms, Horticulture, Equestrian/Dressage, Archery, Outdoor fun activities More than 10 guests? Just you know after base # of guests then $20 per extra guest per day. Note 1of7: No strings attached: Like any other vacation or hotel properties your final cost is what you see after all final selections (owner fee includes extra guests fee per day with linen, towels and beds). Note 2of7: Sharing beds: We assume at least half of your guests can sleep 2 per bed, otherwise please discuss ahead of time about your amenities, sleeping arrangement needs like spare linen, blankets, beds etc. Note 3of7: Conserve to Preserve: At times you may prefer to stay together, our setup allows up to 4 per room so if you don't need to use all bedrooms, appreciate not use it if you too, join the motto. Note 4of7: Involving few day-time visitors? won't stay overnight, but joins you to celebrate with you?. well... but your cooperation is appreciated for the safety for all and yet additional restrictions apply, like... whether a qualified size limit or not, duration, reasons for visitors etc? then incurs additional fee $500, additional safety and contractual process, etc., ask for details. Note 5of7: Surroundings: While you have your own privacy within the secluded fence but the barn 50 ft across may be in use but won't be any traffic into yours., you may notice some construction activities north of the property approx. 500ft across. Note 6of7: Patio Furniture: There will be 24 chairs and 4 rectangle tables for you and your group on a complimentary basis to get comfortably enjoy more patio, backyard or outdoor twilight times. But please help to fold and place it back inside where you got them from. p.s: owner/manager may be working in the separate cottage as needed and rather added advantage for your safety, privacy, convenience! Guest access * You can access the entire gorgeous main house/villa Indoors: * do not leave the markers reachable to kids and risking of accidental lines on the walls. * no smoking/no-doping Outdoors: * please park cars only inside the wrought iron fence * no cars or inflatables on the grass * Strictly no throwing objects/debris into water fountain pool/coping * Open the gate(s) inwards the house, 1-open gate is adequate for cars to in/out and * VERY IMPORTANT: to protect gate accidents due to heavy winds, do not forget to put the stopper/weight after a gate open, once all your guests arrived please close the gates for your own privacy Other things to note ...Slow WiFi or internet, please plan to use your hotspot when necessary... Our security staff and local enforcement officers will be watching. To avoid citations, please follow... Note: Owner/Inn Keeper/host may spends office hrs in a detached separate living unit. Big lot/house so we barely may see each other.
