This is a private in-law apartment with a shared entrance. The pool and hot tub are included for an incredible affordable price. I have added additional disinfecting cleaning to my regular cleaning and bedding is washed with clorox and hot water. My place is close to parks, nightlife, outdoor concerts at SPAC, Lake George, Adirondack Mountains, Mineral Spas and so much more. Don't let this one pass you by. Also if needed, pack and play, highchair, and toys can be available upon request. The space The Space is approx 650 square feet, features its own kitchen, living space, laundry room, bathroom and bedroom. Fenced in yard for your children or pets. Apt includes Iron, hairdryer, all cooking and baking needs. There are two large TVs, one in family room and one in bedroom. HBO and other premium channels available. Hot tub and pool are available for your enjoyment and fenced in yard for my pet friendly home so you don’t have to leave any of your loved ones behind. Guest access PLEASE NOTE - To get to the in-law apt, you have to walk THROUGH MY home, but no worries, I will only be as social as you want me to be. There is a latch for your privacy. Other things to note Saratoga performing arts center, Saratoga State Park, Downtown Saratoga, Saratoga Lake and Saratoga Race Trac are with just a few short miles away! Then travel another 30 minutes and your in Lake George, the Adirondack mountains, West mountain for skiing and tubing. So much to do. Gorgeous area!
