Four bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen lead to a covered terrace with comfortable seating, a barbecue and views of the park. Guests can also rent a sauna (for an additional fee) and enjoy the view of the enchanting pond with a waterfall and illuminated fountain. Four quiet bedrooms, a 75m2 living room overlooking the countryside, a large kitchen fully equipped with an American multimedia fridge and an island with a second fridge. Dining area with a round wooden table for up to 10 people. A 40m2 terrace with a grill, a sofa bed, armchairs, and a dining table. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, separate toilet, dressing room, washing machine and dryer. Behind the gates, 30,000 m² of enclosed private area opens, where with an orchard, fragrant meadows, and quiet ties wind through a path designed just for you. In the heart of this paradise, the house features four bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a large kitchen, from which there is a direct access to a covered terrace with a barbecue. From there, there are breathtaking views of the park and the surrounding nature. The kitchen is equipped to the last detail, including an American fridge with a built-in TV and ice maker, perfect for long summer evenings with friends. There is an option to rent a sauna here. This is available for a special surcharge that is not included in the price of the place to stay. Rentals need to be arranged in advance so we can get everything ready. The expansive area also offers plenty of space for ball games, sports activities, or leisurely walks under the trees where time stops. Guest access It is its own gate to the remote control and a pedestrian gate from the new asphalt side road with minimal traffic, to which the alley and bike path connect. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be personally greeted by the manager who will hand you the keys. He will explain everything you need for a comfortable stay and will be happy to answer any questions. Along with the keys, you will receive a remote control to your own gate, so that you have complete freedom of movement and the feeling that this entire magical park belongs only to you.
