Triple room with private bath and large terrace

We are a Latvian-French couple who like meeting new people from diverse horizon and culture. We have decided to open our house for guests. It s located in the centrum of Sigulda. Easy to get to our place with public transport bus or train. We are located less than 10 minutes from the local amenities, information office and the train station. Many of the local activities can be started from the house. Also a mini van service can be arrange if needed. We speak English, Latvian, French, Russian The space Our house is divided in two distinctive parts with two different entrances. The guest entrance is located inside our garden you need to go through the gate. Guess can enjoy our garden with barbecue and walk to the farmer's market and grill local products. Outside we have private parking space free of charges. In the house we have a private painting studio - named Art Studio Peahen. You can visit by appointment or we can organise private or group painting lessons. We have more than 10 years experience and before Art Studio Peahen was located in Riga. Guest access When you come by the guest entrance you will arrived in the lobby where you will find WC and cloakroom on one side. On the other side you will find two sofas with a table which can be used at anytime for reading your book, use the Wi-Fi internet, chilling or use it as a shared working space. There is information about the city activities and events. Make your own coffee or tea with Kettle at your disposal. Feel free to play table football. First aid kit can be found in entrance hall. You can enjoy our private wood fire heated sauna with space for relaxing including toilet shower and fire place (extra cost + booking required). Kitchen is available only with the owner. We have also eating room as a shared space which is open during breakfast and diner and give access to the garden terrace. Full breakfast is optional and can be served on the round table in the kitchen, in the eating room or outside on the terrace. Diner can be cooked for you in house. Please fell free to ask for menu. During your stay One of us will be at home to welcome you on your arrival to give you the keys and show you the place. If you want we will give you a map of Sigulda and give you advice on what to do and where to go. Other things to note We can help you for organising your trip in the area.
