Just 1.5 hours from Vienna by car. The space U Včelína is not a large hotel or a typical holiday house in a village with neighbours right over the fence. It is a place where you arrive, close the gate behind you and, for a few days, have the entire house, garden and surrounding space all to yourselves. The house is set in a secluded spot in Lančov, surrounded by forests and meadows. It is wonderfully peaceful here, far from the noise of the city. Birds wake you in the morning, while in the evening you can sit outside, listen to the crackling fire and look up at the sky. That is what makes U Včelína such a great place for groups of friends, weekends away, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor parties, or simply a few days when you want to spend time together while still having plenty of space. A place where everyone comes together The heart of U Včelína is a 60 m² covered terrace. It is spacious enough for the whole group to gather around one table. There are tables and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa. During warmer months, the terrace is open to the garden. When the weather gets colder, we enclose it with glass walls. So even an autumn evening does not have to mean the end of your time together. Just put on something warm and the evening can continue. It is a place for long breakfasts, lazy afternoons, shared dinners and evenings that are allowed to run a little longer. Barbecue, fire and evenings without a schedule In the garden you will find a charcoal barbecue with cooking utensils and an outdoor fire pit with firewood. Cook lunch together, light the fire in the evening or simply sit outside with your friends. There is no need to find a restaurant or plan every hour of your stay. Sometimes all you need is good food, something to drink, a board game and people you enjoy being around. Music is welcome, but the house is truly surrounded by nature. That is why we respect quiet hours from 10 PM, and music volume needs to be turned down after that. We are not trying to make U Včelína a late-night party venue. We want groups to enjoy an evening together, laugh, talk, play games and spend time around the fire while still respecting the peace of the surrounding nature. Space for the whole group The house accommodates up to 14 guests. The main part of the house has four bedrooms. Two have a double bed, while the other two have a double bed and two single beds. There are additional sleeping options in the attic. However, the attic is not heated, so we do not consider it a full part of the standard accommodation capacity. Depending on the season and weather, it can provide additional sleeping space for those who would like a little more room and less crowding within the group. There is also a separate heated garden cabin with a double bed. A kitchen for the whole group When everyone is staying together, it is nice not to have to go out for every meal. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare shared breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You will find a fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs, a capsule coffee machine and equipment for making filter coffee. And of course, Wi-Fi is available. What if it rains? No problem. During autumn and the colder months, you will appreciate the enclosed terrace and the shared indoor space. Stay in, cook something together, bring out a few board games, talk or simply relax. At U Včelína, you do not need to have a schedule from morning until night. The space is all yours One of the biggest advantages of the property is the space. You have the entire house to yourselves, your own garden, a large covered terrace and parking directly at the house for at least 8 cars. For a larger group, it is a completely different experience from booking several hotel rooms. During the day you can all be together, while in the evening everyone can retreat to their own room and enjoy some peace and quiet. What can you do nearby? When you feel like leaving U Včelína for a while, you do not have to travel far. Nearby you will find Vranov Lake, Thaytal National Park, forests, hiking trails and plenty of places to explore on foot. You can combine a relaxing stay at the house with a day trip, outdoor activities or simply exploring the surrounding countryside. And if you are coming from Vienna or Brno, getting here is surprisingly easy. It is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Vienna or Brno. You can also travel by public transport: take a train or bus to Znojmo and then continue by bus to Lančov. Who is U Včelína for? For people who want to spend time together. For a group of friends looking for a place for a shared weekend. For families or larger groups who want to have the entire house to themselves. For birthdays or other celebrations. And also for bachelor parties, if you are looking for a shared weekend in nature, with barbecuing, a fire, games and privacy rather than a loud all-night party. U Včelína is a place where you can slow down for a few days, spend time together and make your own plans. And when you close the gate in the evening, you realise that the city is suddenly quite far away. Guest access When you book U Včelína, you have access to the entire house, garden, covered terrace and outdoor areas. During your stay, the entire property is exclusively for your group. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed and private bathroom Bedroom 2: double bed Bedroom 3: double bed and 2 single beds Bedroom 4: double bed and 2 single beds There is also a fully equipped kitchen and shared living spaces. The attic has additional rooms that can be used for sleeping or as living spaces for relaxing and chilling out: one room with 3 single beds another room with a double bed and 1 single bed The attic is not heated, which is why we do not include it in the standard capacity of 14 guests. Whether it is suitable for use depends on the season and the current weather conditions. It is therefore particularly suitable for groups who would like to have more space and do not mind the simpler conditions in the attic. Garden cabin There is a separate heated garden cabin with a double bed. The cabin offers more privacy and is a pleasant option for guests who would prefer to sleep separately from the main group. Garden and outdoor areas The entire garden is available exclusively to your group during your stay. You can enjoy the large covered terrace, with tables, chairs and a comfortable sofa. Depending on the weather, the terrace is either open to the garden or enclosed by glass walls. The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay. You do not have to share the garden, terrace or any of the common areas with other guests. Other things to note U Včelína is genuinely secluded and surrounded by nature. This is what gives you the privacy and peace of the place, but it also means you are staying in close contact with the countryside around you. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Music and socialising are welcome, but after 10 PM music must be turned down and the peace of the surrounding area respected. U Včelína is therefore not suitable for loud all-night parties. Bachelor parties are welcome, especially when they are about spending a weekend together, barbecuing, having a fire, playing games and enjoying the outdoors. We are not a venue for parties that continue loudly throughout the night. Accommodation for up to 14 guests The standard capacity is 14 guests. There are additional sleeping options in the attic and in the separate heated garden cabin. The attic is not heated, so its suitability depends on the season and weather. If you are staying during the colder months, we recommend treating the attic as additional space rather than as standard full-time accommodation. Staying in nature As the house is located in a secluded spot next to the forest, you may encounter the usual signs of being close to nature, such as insects, birds or other wildlife. This is simply part of staying in the countryside. Getting here You can drive directly to the property and park at the house, with space for at least 8 cars. The drive from Vienna or Brno takes approximately 1.5 hours. It is also possible to reach Lančov by public transport via Znojmo.
