The space The accommodation is a cozy 30-square-meter studio apartment, designed to offer comfort and functionality in every season. It has a foldaway double bed and a comfortable French sofa bed (140×200), ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. The living area includes a modern induction kitchenette, oven, and everything you need to cook independently, as well as a dining table for 4 guests. The bathroom, spacious and with attention to detail, is one of the strengths of the accommodation. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire place. The environment is a large open space that easily transforms from a living area to a sleeping area, equipped with a TV and a large hallway with functional wardrobe. The accommodation is heated with radiators and there is also a pellet stove, all designed to ensure a climate with an optimal percentage of humidity, ideal after a day in the snow. The equipment is completed by a practical washer-dryer and all the comforts for short or longer stays. Other things to note For hygienic reasons and for the protection of subsequent guests, pets of any kind or smoking are not allowed. Before booking, we ask that you carefully check that this rule is compatible with your needs. At check-in, the cleaning fee (€30) and the Accommodation Tax (over 14 years old) per guest per night (€2) will be required to be paid in cash or via pay-pal. The price includes utilities, a set of towels for each guest and sanitized linens.
