Situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Burgbernheim, you can reach shops, cafés and the center within minutes on foot. Right next door: EDEKA, NORMA, bakery, butcher, gas station and e-charging station. Breakfast is served in the bread house. In summer, the outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and hiking trails through the orchards invite you – in winter, ski fun with floodlights and après-ski hut beckon. The space The Sandifin apartment – lovingly furnished, modernly equipped and wonderfully quiet – offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on around 30 square meters. The friendly and bright apartment with its own small terrace was built in 2022 according to the latest energy efficiency and completely refurnished with a lot of passion to give you a feeling of home from the first moment. A high-quality fitted kitchen with stove, oven with microwave function, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all cooking and dining utensils enables comfortable self-catering. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. In the living and dining area, you will find a 40-inch satellite TV and a cozy reading and armchair corner. The directly adjacent bedroom offers flexible sleeping options with a pull-out solid wood bed – ideal for individuals or couples. Cleverly integrated drawers and a large mirror with a hidden wardrobe provide practical storage space. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. My personal highlight is the charming little terrace – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The ground floor apartment is wheelchair accessible, free parking is right in front of the house, and an e-charging station is just a two-minute walk away.
