Experience the tranquility and enjoy everything there is to see in this special house. Enjoy the 3500 m2 garden with beautiful views, part of which is set aside for the dogs (see photos). Beautiful starry skies, we don't have any light pollution here! The house is also suitable for people with walking difficulties, it has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (with rain shower) on the ground floor with a spacious entrance. Also, there are no thresholds in the house. The third bedroom is on the loft that can be reached via a narrow staircase. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all the luxuries such as induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main heating is a cozy wood-burning stove that can be seen from both the living room and the hallway. Wood for this can be used without limitation. In addition, electric heaters are also available. Christmas and New Year's Eve can only be booked for a minimum of 1 week. The house is on the outskirts of Erloy, a picturesque village with 100 inhabitants in a beautiful, yet undiscovered part of France. There are no facilities in the village itself. The house is surrounded by nature and trees, and you can walk right into the woods. Down at the village runs the river Oise, you can rent canoes, relax or let the dog swim. There are plenty of possibilities for walking and biking. But you are also in the right place to soak up culture. Beautiful cities such as Saint Quentin (Art Deco), Laon (old fortified city) and the capital of champagne Reims are nearby. In Guise, you can visit the Familistaire and enjoy the old, rustic village. Le Quesnoy is a beautiful fortified town with a lake where you can pedal boats and sit on the terrace. For a lot of fun, there is Val Joly, a beautiful 45-minute drive there takes you to a lake where there is plenty to do and various restaurants and bars. But even Paris could be done for a day trip. It is not allowed to burn candles in the house and to charge unattended phones and other devices due to fire hazard.
