On one level, it offers a pleasant living room bathed in light, combining a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a 140 cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. A small step provides access to the bedrooms. The gite has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside, a 12 m² covered terrace extends the living spaces towards a 1000 m² enclosed and wooded property. A dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, baby equipment and many games complete the comfort of this stay (ping pong table, play structure, trampoline, swimming pool and various board games). From the garden, the gaze naturally falls on the exceptional view of the village of Saint-Haon-le-Châtel, a village with character. Stay and enjoy strolls through historic alleys, vineyards, and hiking trails that crisscross the surrounding hills. This vacation home is an ideal base for discovering the treasures of the Loire and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, including nature walks, tastings at local wineries, and cultural getaways to Roanne and its surroundings.
