Modern Studio - AC & Private Entrance

The space This is the newly remodel studio has its private entrance from the back of the main house. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and updated to assure our guests safety and clean water usage. There is also a separate temperature control heat/ac for this Studio unit that would guarantee our guests’ comfort during the stay. King size bed, with Medium Firm mattress. Sofa bed could turn into queen bed. A full functional kitchen that is very clean and has all new stainless steel appliances. Bathroom is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures such as Grohe and Toto that you would only encounter in a luxury hotel. Basic soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent are provided as well. Guest access The entire studio apartment. This would be your home away from home. New and very clean. Free wifi internet. Cable TV with HD channels: ESPN, AMC, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, etc. On suite front load washer/dryer. Note: For your convenience, hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry and dishwasher detergent are provided. Other things to note * Shopping and Grocery: - Wall Green in main road Bridgeport Way is within the same block. Walking distance is less than 5 minutes - Habor Green, a local grocery store, is one block away - less than 5 minutes walking. It offers plenty of organic produce and local made foods. - Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Jimmy Jon, Homegoods, and many food places are within walking distance. - Royal Thai Bistro, Gyro Zone, Mod Pizza, Sushido are few of my favorite foods near by. * Activities: This studio is also convenient to and from the main freeway. You could get to Tacoma Dome, Downtown Tacoma, Ruston Parkway, Chambers Bay golf course, all within 20 minutes drive
