Welcome to book this cozy and modern cottage located in Rälla between Färjestaden and Borgholm. The house is small and charming and located in a forest clearing, close to Ekerum Golf, a swimming area, a restaurant, Stora Rör, an ICA supermarket, a sports shop, and the Fireside Pub, just a short walk along a forest path. Two smaller bedrooms suitable for two couples or the small family. Fully equipped and with a compact kitchen for preparing simple dinners. The host lives on the property and is happy to share tips. The house has a code lock. The space When you enter Tallebo, the bathroom is immediately on the left, followed by two bedrooms, one with two 80 x 200 cm single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and the other room has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. A crib cannot be provided. Closets with mirrors in both. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped for simple cooking. Combination oven/microwave. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Small seating area for rest and TV. Air-source heat pump. Large glass area with a sliding door leading out to the small patio. Sunny location. Two sun loungers are available. The sauna in the bathroom is not in use; there, you will find a vacuum cleaner, a floor mop, etc., and extra blankets. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. The host provides fitted sheets. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The guest cleans up after their stay and takes out the trash. Guest access The house is secluded and has its own driveway and parking. Free parking included. You can walk to the grocery store, visit the pub in season, and take long walks in the woods. Close to bus stops for both Borgholm and Kalmar. Other things to note The door has a code lock, and you will receive the code a few days before arrival. The guest is responsible for all cleaning. Non-Smoking Animal-free.
