The space Guests have full access to everything in this private room. The little porch offers a little space to enjoy outside. During your stay I’ve lived in Atlanta for decades and have a vast knowledge of the city. As a guest, you will have complete privacy. However, I’m happy to provide advice on the many things to see and do nearby upon request. There’s something for everyone to enjoy in this area of town! Other things to note We’re proud to offer a place for guests to stay in one of the most conveniently located and popular neighbors in Atlanta. Our location doesn’t have many hotels and only a few bed and breakfasts are close by. We think it’s truly a unique pocket of the city. Other facts about our home: We are committed to adhering to strict COVID cleaning guidelines. We strive to have a low environmental impact — Our home runs off of solar power during sun-filled days. We pull power from the grid during cloudy days and at night. We utilize digital thermostats (you will have access to control the temperature of your room digitally). Water is heated by an energy-efficient, tankless unit. Not only eco-friendly but also provides limitless hot water. All bedding and bath products are laundered by a washer and dryer that are water and energy efficient. Our interior and exterior lights are LED where the socket allows. We also are the proud owners of a small flock of chickens. Our coop was featured on the 2015 Tour of Coops. Because their coop is located on the other side of the house, you will not hear the chickens nor have exposure to them unless requested. Some days you may see the girls roaming around our fenced in front yard.
