Welcome to Oxxy Casa, a charming house nestled in lush greenery, just a stone's throw from the village of Aspet, in the Comminges region. Designed to accommodate up to 14 people, our spacious home is ideal for family getaways: families, groups of friends, athletes, or colleagues seeking nature, peace, and shared moments. Located at the foot of the Pic de Cagire, Oxxy Casa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The house combines rustic charm with modern comfort. The space Oxxy Casa adapts to your needs. The accommodation has 5 bedrooms. Four bedrooms upstairs, each with two 90x200 single beds that can be converted into a large 180x200 double bed according to your needs. A dormitory room has two bunk beds and two other single beds that can also be converted into a 180x200 double bed. The house has two large bathrooms. One with two walk-in showers and the second with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. All bedding is new and hotel-quality. At Oxxy Casa, we want your vacation to be a place of comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The kitchen and cathedral-style living room measure 90m², ideal for convivial moments with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and utensils. A video projector is available for your movie nights. Outdoors, you can enjoy several spaces: - a balcony overlooking the nature and the Cagire River, for relaxing moments to the sound of the river - a 50m² covered terrace with a summer kitchen and a plancha grill - a large terrace of over 100m² with a breathtaking view of the Cagire River, a garden table for outdoor dining, a parasol, and a fire pit are available - a 2000m² terraced garden, a true paradise surrounded by nature Finally, a 90m² garage with direct access to the road will allow you to store and park your bicycles, sports equipment, and/or vehicles. Guest access Access to the accommodation will be independent, with access to the first gate via a combination lock and a key box. All information will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival, and we will be happy to communicate with you by phone or message before and during your stay. Cars can park on the street at the foot of the house or in the town hall parking lot, 100 meters away. Other things to note A swimming area at the foot of the house is accessible in the Rossignol River, 100 meters from the house. A pure moment of refreshing bliss in a 100% natural jacuzzi with a massage under the waterfall. The village also has a city stadium with children's playground, a pétanque court, and a children's mountain bike course, all within a 5-minute walk of the house.
