Two-room apartment with two balconies overlooking the mountains, in the residential complex of the same name, surrounded by quiet and greenery, a stone's throw from the center of the village of Coazze in Val Sangone. Excellent starting point for walks and excursions in the beautiful surrounding mountains. 10 km from the Sacra di San Michele and 35 km from the capital, it is a valid base for visiting the natural beauties and historical monuments of the province of Turin. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed with two beds and workstation. Balcony overlooking the village and mountains. - Double bedroom, with balcony overlooking the woods of the Coazze Lighthouse. - Entrance. - Bathroom. Private parking space inside the property. Other things to note - Kitchen / living room: The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric coffee machine, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, and sink. Inside the furniture you can find pots, pans, a salad and fruit washing centrifuge, salad bowl, plates, glasses, coffee and tea cups, egg holder, tea maker, table cutlery, knives for meat and bread and every useful utensil for cooking. The TV is mounted on an extendable and adjustable wall bracket, so that it is visible both by those sitting at the table or on the sofa, and by those who are cooking. - Beds: The double bed has a medium-firm memory foam mattress to meet the needs of the majority of guests. Those who like a softer surface can take advantage of the addition of a topper. The two single beds in the living room are equipped with softer mattresses suitable for children and teenagers, but also adults of average build. - Children's set In the bedroom, a children's bed complete with a memory foam mattress can be added upon request. The dining table, upon request, will be equipped with a high chair with a seat belt. - Bathroom: The bathroom has a bathtub, particularly suitable for the little ones' bath, shower, toilet bowl, bidet, sink, mirror with cabinets, hairdryer, washing machine with top loading. - Linen: Our bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is made of 100% OEKO TEX certified cotton. The washing of the garments is carried out at high temperatures by means of ecological detergents and active oxygen disinfectant additives. Duvets and pillows have hypoallergenic fiber padding and are washed at each room change along with the linen. - Wi-Fi: The connection is ensured by fiber optic internet service with fast and stable connections. - Safety: A 6-liter foam water extinguisher, approved in accordance with the law and easy to use, is placed on the wall next to the entrance, with the hope that there is never a need to personally test its effectiveness inside our apartment.
