Core Prohibitions • No smoking indoors: If you are found smoking indoors, you will be charged the full cost of odor removal.Please do not litter cigarette ashes or butts; be sure to use the designated ashtray. • No shoes in the house: Please take off your shoes before entering the house. • No gatherings: Drinking parties or any form of party are strictly prohibited. • Visitor restrictions: Occasional visitors must request permission in advance. 2. Check-in registration and legal requirements • Identification: As this is an unattended property, all guests, regardless of nationality, must provide their ID and guest information prior to arrival.Hosts who haven't submitted their listings may not be able to provide room guidance. • Guest register: In accordance with the Hotel Business Law, please complete the guest register located in each room. • Minors: Parental consent is required when minors are the only guests staying. • Security surveillance: There are security surveillance cameras at the entrance. 3. Information on consumables and services • Cleaning service: There is no linen/towel change service during your stay. • Replenishment of supplies: No additional replenishment of consumables (such as toilet paper, etc.) is provided; please use the supplies available in the facility. • Towel use: Only one set of large bath towel and face towel is provided per person.Please use the washer and dryer in the house to wash your own dishes. 4. Garbage disposal • Disposal method: Trash can be disposed of at any time during your stay.For information on waste sorting, please refer to the “House Rules” available in the listing. • No littering: It is strictly prohibited to litter inside the facility or in the surrounding area.If neighbors complain about littering or smoking indoors, you will be asked to check out immediately and will be fined ¥20,000. 5.
