Deluxe Guest Suite with Private Bathroom

Private bedroom with ensuite private bathroom and attached living room. Private entrance through the garage. (First floor is for guests. We live on the 2nd, so there is a lot of privacy. Shared spaces include only the kitchenette/laundry room & yard.) Minutes from I-25 and downtown in the big tree neighborhood. Queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults, plus couch & air mattress. Guest kitchenette has mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea. Laundry available for $5 a load. The space More spacious and safer than a hotel room! This Deluxe Guest Suite is a cozy, private place to rest. With relaxing decor and a comfortable sitting area, you will feel right at home! Bedroom, bathroom, and living room area are all attached spaces and are completely private behind a locked door. Kitchenette & laundry room are shared spaces. Our Guest Suite comfortably sleeps two adults in the queen bed. The couch or inflatable queen air mattress in the adjoining sitting room could accommodate additional children or a flexible guest. (We have an additional room available for rental on the first floor that sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and a trundle bed in a separate room. Text for more details if interested. Occasionally, this separate bedroom is occupied by another guest or family member.) Guest access Off the downstairs hallway is a room with a kitchenette and laundry. The kitchenette has a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle for guests use. Guests are welcome to do the laundry for $5 a load (wash, dry, & detergent included). Please note that this is a shared space. This is the laundry for the whole house so we occasionally pop into switch a load of laundry. (The deluxe guest suite is separate and private behind a locking door for the bedroom and bathroom.) During your stay We are respectful of guest preferences. We love to greet our guests and orient them to the space if we're available. However, if you prefer no contact, that's fine too. Just let us know what you prefer. We are accessible by text, phone, or through the Airbnb app. Other things to note This house is walking distance to Casper College or Mike Sedar Park, which has an awesome water park in summertime and a playground open year-round.
