Lulla Cottage

Our guesthouse is located on the edge of the forest, away from the noise of the village, with a unique panoramic view of the surrounding hills, valley, and pasture. Our accommodation is an authentic English-style shepherd's hut, equipped with every comfort. We recommend it primarily for couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world and recharge their batteries close to nature. Our guesthouse is located 12 km from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are also countless hiking destinations and interesting sights to see in the surrounding area. The space The Shepherd Hut guest house is approximately 15 square meters in size. It features a bed, a sofa, and a small table, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The double bed is narrower than the standard size, measuring 125 cm (4 ft 1 in) wide but 220 cm (7 ft 2 in) long. We've also set up a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. This is where we prepare coffee and tea for our valued guests. Guest access In front of the shepherd's hut, there is a large terrace with weathered teak garden furniture, offering beautiful views of the surrounding pasture and hills. Other things to note The cottage is heated, so we welcome guests year-round. There is no air conditioning in the cottage, so the building can get hot during the day in the summer. Due to the nature of the accommodation, there is no TV or Wi-Fi. Cellular network coverage is perfect. We are unable to provide breakfast, but we can wholeheartedly recommend a few nearby dining options. Smoking is not allowed inside the building; it is permitted on the terrace. The outdoor ashtray is located in the nightstand. Our place is not suitable for families with children. We have several animals living with us (two Border Collie dogs, hens, pigeons, doves, and three sheep), so for their peace and safety, we are unable to accommodate guest pets.
