The space The villa is set on a privilege area on the north-west side of the island 24 km from Tinos main town, very close to the well-known Pyrgos village and next to the museum of marble crafts. Pyrgos is fascinating with the unique marble creations of the local artists (marble-lined streets, temples and chandeliers in churches, doors and lintels, fountains, funerary monuments, etc.). The settlement experienced economic and artistic acne in the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries. Thanks to shipping, trade and, above all, the exploitation of the marbles of the area. It is named after a Venetian tower, mentioned in 16th century documents. Among the great artists are Dimitrios Philippotis, Giannoulis Xalepas and Nikiforos Lytras. There is also a School of Fine Arts for those who wish to continue the region's admirable artistic tradition. The villa consists of two attached houses and a guest house which can be used according to our guests needs. Entering the main houses, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large TV and right next is located a fully equipped open plan kitchen. At this level is also located a guest WC. On the lower level, the houses face some differences. In the first house, you can find one room with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower. In the second house, one finds two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds. Located on this level there is also a family bathroom with shower. All areas are equipped with air condition. There is also a guest house with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, TV and AC. In total, the property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. This villa targets guests who wish to vacate in style and comfort as well as those who will appreciate its privacy and proximity to the most creative part of Tinos.
