Welcome to our cozy and modern loft studio! A special and quiet atmosphere awaits you, which invites you to linger and relax - for this, the studio is additionally equipped with a sauna and a water bed in addition to the natural stone shower. Pure wellness feeling! The large windows also give a view of the small natural garden, in which there is also a seating area. The property also features a small kitchenette, coffee and tea. The space The studio is characterized by its open loft character with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light and create a spacious atmosphere. The house has been lovingly restored - modern elements combine with warm wood and natural stone to create a special ambience that radiates peace and security. Natural materials and harmonious decoration give the room a cozy, earthy atmosphere – a place where you can take a deep breath and arrive completely at your own place. The waterbed in the studio provides relaxation and gently adapts to the body – ideal for a good night's sleep. The bed has two separate water mattresses (each 220 cm x 90 cm) so you won't be awakened when your partner moves. The room opens to the garden with large windows. The visible areas can be protected with curtains. However, the room cannot be completely darkened. If you need absolute darkness to sleep, we recommend bringing a sleeping mask. In the studio there is also a small bathroom made of slate with a modern walk-in shower, the toilet can be separated by a curtain. Towels and toiletries are available. The sink is practically in the room next to the sauna. The private sauna is a highlight of the accommodation – ideal for a little wellness break. Infusions are provided. For the use of the sauna we charge €10 per day separately, payable on site. Through the terrace door you can go directly outside: A seat is located right in front of the window, another in the small natural garden. If the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your breakfast in the open air. Self-catering is also taken care of: a small cooking facility offers you the opportunity to prepare breakfast or simple meals. A kettle, mixer, essential cooking utensils and a mocha machine for the stove are available. Espresso powder and various teas are included. Please note that there is no refrigerator in the studio – but you are welcome to use our refrigerator on the upper floor. If you also need anything else in terms of herbs, spices, etc., you can just ask us. We can also clean used dishes for you in our dishwasher. Guest access The loft studio is located on the lowest floor of our residential building. Access is via our common front door. Through the spacious hallway, where washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee, you can reach the separate loft studio. From the studio, the small natural garden with extra seating can be reached via the terrace door to the rear. Other things to note Anyone who comes to us should definitely like animals. Our dog Benni is a very dear friend, but always needs some time to get used to strangers at first. That means he'll probably bark when you visit. That must be clear beforehand. However, if he knows someone better, he is very happy about cuddling and playing. In addition, our cat Luna will be happy to pay a visit, as she loves to sleep in the waterbed. If you don't want that, you should always keep the door closed. Bringing your own pets is very welcome with us. Benni loves playing with other dogs. Dog beds, blankets, bowls, etc. are provided if necessary.
